the Northwest TerritoriesCanada is a country well-known for allowing new and high numbers of immigrants every year. On average, there are 400,000 new immigrants land in Canada. Immigrants contribute to the economy and create jobs for people. Immigrants contribute to the better economic growth of the country, filing requirements of the labor market. The new immigrants not only pay taxes but also help in steady population growth and also spend money on numerous goods, accommodation, and transportation.
However, most of these new immigrants choose to live in major cities like Ottawa, Ontario, Montreal, and Vancouver.
The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot tries to change this by boosting smaller populations by inviting newcomers. The pilot program approves applications from rural and northern populations that wish to join in. The communities receive support from the Federal Government to aid them to select new aspirants for permanent residency.
The newcomers are required to have a favorable effect on the financial development of the country.
As of June 2019, 11 societies have been appointed to contribute to the pilot. These communities will get good support and programs to test the pilot.
